Abstract

Present a critical assessment to be facilitator to train specialists in Management of Health Surveillance, whose performance demanded skills inherent in the active methodology that specializing is led to reflect on their practices in labor relations. Emphasize, above all, the systematization of knowledge and experience to this role, which aimed to train managers working in the system. The course offered by the National Agency for Sanitary Vigilance was formulated by expertise area, and coordinated by the Syrian Lebanese Education and Research. Such a formulation trod on competency profile based on three axes - risk management health, work and education - that define the scope of work and professional practice. The constructivist approach adopted guiding pedagogical proposal, applied strategies of problem based learning and questioning, in which the teacher assumes the role of facilitator. At the end of the process to analyze methodological positivity, whereas the constructivist approach allowed to build new skills that build on personal experiences, both as facilitator of the trainees, and enhance critical work experiences. Especially, we observed shared learning between individuals, group integration that enabled the (re) construction of the collective experiences; aspects that bring rare meanings for the qualification of managers of health monitoring.
